It will probably lower its value if you do.  You must be 21 or older with positive identification to sell.  I make house calls for sizeable collections.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to call. Do not expect appraisals over the phone.
Shipping and Handling Jewelry is routinely shipped via FedEx all over the world. Service is reliable, prompt and reasonable priced. Shipping costs are added on to the price of the item, but are realistic and not for concealed profit. Express Saver FedEx is the most common way for me to ship, in order to reduce shipping costs.

Jewelry can also be shipped and insured via any post office. The lines are long in NYC, but the items are insured. Unfortunately when using the Post Office, if you incur a loss, the wait is up to 1 year for reimbursement.
